As you are probably aware the Government has delayed Home Information Pack start date until 1st August 2007 and the restrictions for only 4 bedroom properties or larger.

For us at First4HIPs we are looking to embrace the delay and continue to develop our service to all our prospective clients now and into the future.

We still believe that change is needed to create a better process for Buying/Selling a property and the start date is only the first step in the Government Implementation of Energy Performance Certificates and Home Information Packs.
